About the Convention
Our Mission
The Missouri Progressive Missionary Baptist State Convention, Inc. was commissioned in the year of our Lord, 1963. We believe in the principles, tenets, and doctrines proclaimed in the Holy Bible. Because of the rise and progress of the Progressive National Baptist Convention, Inc., we have been offered a new and generative concept of religious work through Fellowship, Progress, Service and Peace.
Our Goals
- To preach, teach and receive the Word of God.
- To promote, encourage and support Evangelism, the Ministry of Christ's Mission, Christian Stewardship, Baptist Doctrine, and Christian Education.
- To protect a oneness of purpose, continuity of methods and strive for the brotherhood of all mankind.
